This bake feels like a shortcut version of cauliflower cheese and it’s as creamy, comforting and cosy as it comes. The smooth sauce coats the veg, the thyme adds a lovely herby touch and the crispy pieces of torn sourdough on the top are addictive! Trust me, this will be a firm favourite immediately.
Ella’s Tips
This does make two quite generous portions, so if you don’t eat it all then the leftovers keep well. I re-heat it by covering the dish with foil and cooking at 200°C fan, until it’s hot and bubbling.
