These are the best little Easter treats. They look so cute and the brightly coloured eggs make them such a fun addition to any table! They're relatively easy to make, although they do take a little time to set so you need to be a bit more organised than usual and make them the night before you want to enjoy them - I promise it's so worth it though, everyone will love them! We used 3cm x 2cm x 1cm mini egg moulds for this recipe, but you can use whatever size you like best and fill them up until the mixture runs out.
Ella’s Tips
Both the nests and eggs are best made the day before serving, so that they can be left in the fridge overnight to set properly
