This class is designed to work every inch of your body in a short amount of time. This is a perfect class to squeeze into your day, enough to get your heart racing and feel the burn. In this 15-minute session Yas uses 1kg weights to work your whole body, leaving you feeling toned and a little sweaty. If you don't have 1kg dumbbells, you can also use any food tins you have in your kitchen cupboards.
