Summer desserts don’t get much better than these ice cream lollies, featuring a rich chocolate ice cream with a peanut butter core, all encased in a salted chocolate peanut coating.
If the chocolate topping begins to set a little too much while you're preparing the lollies, warm it again in short bursts in the microwave. We use 350ml / 12 fl oz ice lolly moulds and before being coated in chocolate, these lollies need to be frozen overnight.
