Tahini is one of my favourite ingredients to use in recipes, and it's surprisingly easy to make at home! This is a great base ingredient, which can be used in salad dressings or to make our super creamy hummus. Kept in an airtight container in the fridge, we would recommend using it within a month.

After 15 minutes, if the mixture still isn’t smooth, add another tablespoon of sunflower oil and continue pulsing.
