Sweet potato is one of my favourite vegetables, and it works so well when blended into a creamy dip. The miso paste adds incredible flavour here, while the almond butter creates delicious texture. We love to eat ours as soon as it is made, served with carrots, pitta bread or freshly toasted sourdough.
