One of our wonderful community members wrote to us recently to ask for the recipe for the old Fruit, Nut & Seed bars, as they had a good ZOE score. So, we created a quick and easy version to make at home that’s made up of similar ingredients. They’re filled with plenty of nuts, dried fruit and seeds to boost your fibre and protein intake.
