Besides the food you choose to nourish your body with, it’s also the small everyday rituals — stretching, moving, meditating — that make the biggest difference to how you feel. With so much choice it can sometimes feel a little overwhelming, which is why the app includes simple tools to gently support those habits and help you build a routine that fits naturally into your life.
And it doesn’t need to be hours each day — even five or ten minutes can make a real difference. Having somewhere to plan or log these moments can be a great way to stay inspired and keep on track.
Here’s a quick guide to using the app to help keep your wellness routines simple and consistent.
Using the Tracker
The Tracker is your space to keep an eye on the little habits that help you feel your best. You’ll find it under ‘My Tools’ in the bottom right corner of the app.

Here you can log:
Plant-based foods
Movement minutes
Mindfulness minutes (meditation & breathwork)
Hours of sleep
Water intake
At the top, you’ll see today’s stats, with your weekly progress just below. Scroll further and you’ll spot badges you can unlock as you hit your goals — tap a badge to see what’s needed to achieve it.
Plant-based foods:
The weekly goal is 30 plants – we understand this can feel overwhelming, however with the right recipes it’s achievable (and so delicious!)
Cooked a recipe from the app? Tap the + in the top right corner of the recipe, then ‘Add to Tracker’ — the ingredients will automatically log.
Eaten something outside the app? Tap + ‘Add Food’, search for it, and it’ll be added to your count.
Use the green arrow next to your weekly goal to dive into a weekly or monthly view and see the bigger picture.
Exercise:
Any classes you complete in the app log automatically.
Done a workout outside the app? Tap + ‘Add Session’ and record your minutes.
To remove something, tap into the Exercise section, scroll to today’s activities, and swipe left on the entry.
Mindfulness: Meditations and breathwork completed in the app are logged automatically.
You can also add your own sessions manually with + ‘Add Session’.
To delete, follow the same steps as for exercise.
Sleep:
Add your sleep by tapping + ‘Add Record’, then note your bedtime and wake-up time.
Want to backfill a previous night? Change the date at the top before saving.
To delete a log, swipe left on the entry.
Water:
Tap + ‘Add Drink’, choose the size (glass, bottle, or large bottle), and use the + / – buttons to adjust.
Prefer to be exact? Enter the millilitres manually and tap 'done'.
As with everything else, swipe left to delete an entry.
