What To Expect
Join Ella and Jess in a zoom session to kick off the live 7-days of mindfulness plan.
This session is about mindfulness and finding joy in the present moment.
It focuses on how being mindful can help us feel more joy and contentment in our lives. Ella and Jess teach you how to use mindfulness-based practices to ground your energy, slow down and take time to be in the present. By learning how to come back to the now, we allow ourselves to find connection to the moment, appreciate our abundance and take pleasure in life’s simple moments.
The structure of the session is: a group meditation, Jess and Ella on feeling grounded in the body, using the breath to draw the energy out of the mind and into the body and bringing awareness as to what it feels like to be present, and a Q&A to get you feel ready to start your mindfulness journey.
